As part of the IL CINEMA DEGLI ALTRI series, Medecins Sans Frontieres presents a conference on forgotten crises and a screening of Edward Zwick’s film “Blood Diamond”.

The latest edition of our usual Il CINEMA DEGLI ALTRI (THE CINEMA OF OTHERS) series is dedicated this month to Medicines Sans Frontieres, which on this occasion, in partnership with the National Museum of Cinema, presents an evening devoted to forgotten conflicts. The public will be treated to Edward Zwick's Blood Diamond in Cinema Massimo's screen 3, and a conference entitled Diamonds of blood and forgotten conflicts: what is the link? will discuss the matter in more detail. Guests include: Francesca Sforza, Chief Foreign Desk Editor of La Stampa, Javier González Díez, Western and Southern Africa Coordinator for Amnesty International and Sergio Cecchini, Communication Director of Medecins Sans Frontieres, Italy.
