This retrospective dedicated to Anna Magnani – the first Italian actress to win the Oscar award as best lead actress with The Rose tattoo by Daniel Mann – is organised by the National Cinema Museum as an ideal spin off of the Oscar Divas retrospective, which took place during the month of April in conjunction with the exhibition at the National Cinema Museum.
