In order to avoid queues, it is strongly advised to pre-purchase tickets online.

The Ticket office is open until one hour before closing time.
The last Lift ride from the Panoramic Terrace takes place 10 minutes before closing time.


The outside queue can be closed in advance and without previous warning in order to clear the building before the Museum's closing time.

Guided Tour to the Cupola

The Cupola tour is not advised for visitors subject to mobility impairment, serious sight or hearing handicaps, heart or lung conditions, claustrophobia, disorientation syndromes (labyrinthitis, vertigo, etc.). The Cupola Guided Tour is not allowed to children under 6 year of age. 
Due to weather conditions, the Cupola Tour is suspended during summertime.

Animals are welcome on the ground floor of the Mole Antonelliana as long as they are on a leash and wearing a muzzle. They are only allowed inside the Museum  and in the Panoramic Lift if small, held in one's arms or carried inside a bag or pet carrier.
Guide dogs are allowed without any restrictions.
