Third rendez-vous for MEN AGAINST..., the film showcase on the Great War, with the screening of King and Country by Joseph Losey.
Library/Mediatheque – 16 February 2015, 3.30 p.m. - Events Room
For the occasion of the ON THE FRONT. Cameramen and photographers recount the Great War exhibition (National Cinema Museum, from 29 January to 3 May 2015), the “Mario Gromo” Library/Mediatheque is offering a cycle of screenings dedicated to films that ponder the experience of the Great War in a critical and anti-military manner. Films which have become classics over the years and which still represent a lucid, disenchanted viewpoint even today on one of the most important and dramatic events of the Twentieth century. Third rendez-vous for this showcase, with King and Country by Joseph Losey.
