Magic lantern demonstration Piazzetta Reale

As in the XVIII century, the magic lantern comes back to enchant, amuse and surprise: a trip in the past with a panoramic of wonderful images and surprising effects showing astral bodies and their movement. The demonstration will take place in Turin, Piazzetta Reale, on September 26th 2009, from 9.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. A rich selection of images from the collections of The National Cinema Museum will be projected.
The event is organized on the occasion of The researchers’ night 2009 and is part of the program of events leading to EuroScience Open Forum (Turin, July 2-7 2010).
