For the occasion of Turin European Capital of Sport, MOMENTS OF GLORY showcase - Olympic Games films.
For the occasion of Turin European Capital of Sport, the National Cinema Museum is organising MOMENTS OF GLORY – with the patronage and support of the City of Turin – with three days of screenings (from 10 to 12 April 2015) dedicated to the official films of the Olympic Games, which have been restored recently in digital by the International Olympic Committee.
MOMENTS OF GLORY will be inaugurated on Friday 10 April at 8.30 p.m. by the screening of the film Marathon by Carlos Saura (Spain 1992, 114’, DCP, col.). Star guests are Mario Scarzella (FITARCO President–Italian Archery Federation), Ilario Di Buò (multiple Olympic laureate for archery) and Adrian Wood (Head of film restoration projects at the International Olympic Committee). Admission 6.00/4.00/3.00 euro.
