The National Cinema Museum presents UN MUSEO PER L’AFRICA (A MUSEUM FOR AFRICA). Series of events, talks and screenings on the African continent.

The opening evening of the UN MUSEO PER L’AFRICA (A MUSEUM FOR AFRICA) series of events, talks and screenings on the African continent – a National Cinema Museum project – will be on Monday, 21 November 2011 at 8.30 p.m. and will feature a screening of the documentary Mariscica fu la prima by Annamaria Gallone. The event has been organised by the African film critic and scholar Giuseppe Gariazzo, who will present the film alongside its director, a film that tackles the subject of the migration of Cape Verde’s women in a particularly sensitive and subtle way.
