For our customary rendez-vous with CROSSROADS, Alberto Ferrari, the Verdena band leader, is providing the soundtrack for "Genuine" by Robert Wiene.

The Crossroads – Musical Trips rendez-vous in April, a cycle dedicated to the stimulating blend of music and cinema, is offering an unmissable event for lovers of this genre: Alberto Ferrari Vs Genuine.

Following two years packed with music recorded on discs (the two Endkadenz volumes) and performed live (with events in Italy and also abroad), Verdena are taking a break before starting work in view of their next album. Taking advantage of this juncture, the “Transiti” event in Trentino has thought of involving Alberto Ferrari – the singer, guitarist/pianist and pivot of this band from Bergamo – in the organisation of a special project in collaboration with the National Cinema Museum: a live soundtrack for Genuine, shot in 1920 by Robert Wiene, after The cabinet of doctor Caligari. Admission 7.50/5.00 euro.
