Thursday, September the 20th 9 pm, in the Sala Due of the Cinema Massimo, the preview of the documentary Latte Nostro by Michele Trentini presenting two Slow Food Presidia, the Latteria Turnaria Cheese in Campolessi (Friuli) and the Casolét of the Pejo Caseificio Turnario (Trento Region) using the ‘turnario’ - an old system with a cooperative dairy members taking turns - the best suited to small holdings. Speakers: Lorenzo Berlendis, Michele Trentini, Maurizio Tondolo and Maria Loreta Veneri.
