For the occasion of the Turin Jazz Festival, the National Cinema Museum presents the All That Jazz. Cinema and jazz music showcase. 

                                                                  

For the occasion of the Turin Jazz Festival, the National Cinema Museum presents the All That Jazz. Cinema and jazz music showcase, a cinematographic excursus which proposes to recount the history of relationships between jazz and cinema by means of some of the most representative films, at the Cinema Massimo, from 27 April to 1 May 2012. The event is a National Cinema Museum project, organised with the support of the City of Turin. Admission: 6.00 / 4.00 / 3.00 euro.

For the occasion of the Bugs, Daffy, Sylvester & Co. The cartoons of Warner Bros. exhibition, the National Cinema Museum presents Golden Collection part I and Golden Collection part II at the Cinema Massimo.

 

Due to the great success obtained with the public at the week-end screenings dedicated to the Warner world cartoon characters, the National Cinema Museum will offer additional enjoyable incursions into the Looney Tunes universe for the month of April. Golden Collection part I and Golden Collection part II, a selection of the best stories of the most popular characters in the series, will have repeat screenings on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 April, at 3 p.m.

Admission: 3 euro for adults and children.

For MAGNIFICENT VISIONS: The Permanent Festival of Restored Film, the National Cinema Museum presents the film Cleopatra by Joseph L.Mankiewicz in the print restored digitally by Hollywood Classics, Tuesday 1 May 2012, at 8.45 p.m., on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo. Repeat screening Wednesday 2 May 2012 at 4 p.m. Admission: 6.00/4.00/3.00 euro. 

 

 

Cinema Massimo  - from 2 to 9 May, Screen Three.

 

The National Cinema Museum, in collaboration with the Insitutul Cultural Roman and the Romanian Institute for Culture and Humanistic Research of Venice, presents the Romania-Italy. Contemporary Romanian cinema in Turin showcase.

 

For the occasion of the International Book Fair 2012, which features Romania as guest country, the National Cinema Museum is hosting the Romania-Italy. Contemporary Romanian cinema in Turin showcase at the Cinema Massimo, in collaboration with Insitutul Cultural Roman and the Romanian Institute for Culture and Humanistic Research of Venice, from 2 to 9 May 2012. The event will be inaugurated on Wednesday 2 May 2012, at 8.30 p.m., at the Cinema Massimo Screen Three, with a screening of the film Aurora by Cristi Puiu.

Admission: 6.00/4.00/3.00 euro.
