Last day of the Renato Castellani in the archive studies conference, organised by Turin University for the occasion of the director’s birth centenary.

For the occasion of the celebrations for director Renato Castellani’s birth centenary, the “Mario Gromo” Library/Mediatheque will host the third and last day of the RENATO CASTELLANI IN THE ARCHIVE. Material, notes, testimonials studies conference, on Thursday 5 December, from 10.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., in the Events Room.

The conference is organised by the School of Humanities Sciences - Turin University in collaboration with Genoa University and Pavia University.

The National Cinema Museum preserves a rich archival deposit dedicated to Castellani, made up of unpublished documents, projects, screenplays and notes from 1942 to 1982. This collection, which may be consulted at the Library/Mediatheque, represents the starting point for many of the contributions to be presented at the conference.
