Kikujiro by Takeshi Kitano will open the CHORDS & DISCORDS – A story of everyday bickering showcase.

Kick-off for CHORDS & DISCORDS – A story of everyday bickering, the film showcase which is the result of the Communicating cinema. A project and implementation of a film showcase laboratory, held in March and April at the “Mario Gromo” Library/Mediatheque. The target of this project – organised in collaboration with Turin University – was to offer a group of selected students the basic skills needed for conceiving and creating a film showcase, aimed at the public of a specialised cultural centre working on the territory. The film offering will range from American comedy to Japanese cinema, its fil rouge being the theme of friendship – variously  expressed – in all the films in its programme. The showcase will be opened by Kikujirô by Takeshi Kitano. Introduced by Sara Mastaglia and Alessandra Siamai.
