For Halloween, tribute to Wes Craven with the screening of A Nightmare on Elm Street.

For the occasion of the Halloween Festivities, the National Cinema Museum will render tribute to the recently departed Wes Craven, and his evergreen A Nightmare on Elm Street. The first chapter of a long saga of films directed by different filmmakers, it marked the birth of Freddy Krueger (embodied by actor Robert Englund), deemed from that moment onward as one of the most fearsome serial killers in horror.
