Paolo Grassini is presenting his volume Fellini 8 ½ La genesi del film at the Library/Mediatheque.

Presentation at the Events Room in the “Mario Gromo” Library/Mediatheque of Paolo Grassini’s book Fellini 8 ½ La genesi del film (Fellini 8 ½ The film’s genesis), ETS Editions 2015.

The book aims to shed light on key issues revolving around Fellini’s masterpiece: what drove the filmmaker to shoot 8½? In what context and in what circumstances did Fellini find himself working? What inspiring motifs, what paths did he follow or reject, in order to reach the version we know today?

This book attempts to provide an answer to these and many other outstanding questions. The author will be in conversation with Fabio Pezzetti Tonion (NCM).
