L'ordine delle cose

(Italy/France 2017, 112’, DCP, col.)

Corrado is a senior official at the Home Ministry with a specialisation in international missions linked to irregular immigration issues. He is chosen for a task that is not easy: reaching agreements with Libya leading to a substantial decrease in landings on the Italian coasts. Negotiations are not easy, because contrasts within the post Gaddafi reality in Libya are very strong and adverse forces to deal with on the field are many. There is however a strict rule to respect: never enter into direct contact with one of the migrants.
