The National Cinema Museum presents a “monstrous” event for the 2011 LEGEND FILM FESTIVAL in Cinema Massimo: Mel Brooks’s Frankenstein Junior in 2K digital format.

The National Cinema Museum participates in the first event of the 2011 Legend Film Festival, bringing one of the greatest cult films of all time finally “back to life” on the Italian silver screen: Frankenstein Junior, directed by Mel Brooks, which is a favourite with millions of fans around the world.

To celebrate this outstanding film, Nexo Digital and 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment have organised two evenings (the 2nd and 3rd February 2011) of entertainment and comedy to restore to the cinema this masterpiece – starring Gene Wilder, Marty Feldman and Peter Boyle – in its original splendour. A unique occasion to enjoy a classic comedy of all times.

The film will be presented in Turin on Thursday, 3rd February 2011 starting at 4.30 p.m. in Cinema Massimo’s Screen Two in a 2K digital version. Admission: €7.00/5.00/3.50.

The Legend Film Festival is a touring film exhibition comprised of different sections which will visit many Italian cities during the months it is running. It is a true cultural event that focuses on the masterpieces of the cinema, screening them in digital 2k and audio Dolby Digital 5.1 formats.
