A new rendez-vous for TALKS IN PROGRESS. Presentations of new books, dvd-s and readings, in the Library/Mediatheque events room, Friday 19 October 2012, at 8.30 p.m., with the presentation of Andrea Lattanzio’s volume titled L'arte del doppiaggio. Doppiatori e direttori di doppiaggio (Felici Editor 2011), followed by the film screening of Volere volare (Wanting to fly) by Maurizio Nichetti.

 New rendez-vous for the SHAKESPEARE IN HOLLYWOOD. Screenwriter Ben Hecht showcase with the film screening of The Indian fighter by André De Toth, on Monday 22 October, at 3.30 p.m., in the Library/Mediatheque events room.

ABOUT THE MEDIA: a workshop dedicated to Charlie Chaplin entitled A century of laughter. Learning from Chaplin

 For its new rendez-vous with INTORNO AI MEDIA. Scambi e discussioni (ABOUT THE MEDIA. Exchanges and debates), the National Cinema Museum will host a workshop dedicated to the eclectic British actor, filmmaker, scriptwriter, composer and producer Charles Chaplin, titled A century of laughter. Learning from Chaplin in the Library/Mediatheque on Wednesday 24 October 2012. The meeting – which will take place in the events room from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2.30 to 5.30 p.m. – will be accompanied by screenings of a few slapstick films acted and shot by Charlie Chaplin for the Keystone Company between 2 February and 7 December 1914 and restored by the Bologna Film Archives.
