(Centre for Research on Actors and Stardom) dedicated to Marilyn Monroe fifty years after her demise, the National Cinema Museum renders tribute to this unforgettable diva – from Tuesday 13 to Wednesday 21 November 2012 – with a retrospective titled Today’s myths. Marilyn’s image. Amongst the dates in the programme, Federica Mazzocchi will introduce the film The prince and the showgirl by Laurence Olivier, a delightful and graceful comedy merging into fairy-tale, Sunday 18 November 2012, at 8.20 p.m.
